How do I choose a product?

Are all products organic or certified?
Information varies between products. Check each product’s specific statements and label; a feature of one product does not apply to the entire store.
What are the shipping costs and times?
The stated preparation time is 3 to 5 working days, plus transit. Depending on the products and the French address, configured Colissimo options cost €6.65 for collection-point delivery and €8.80 for home delivery. Other dispatch locations may offer different options. Applicable costs are calculated at checkout. Read our shipping policy.
How do I request a return?
Our commercial offer allows return requests within 30 days of receipt, subject to its conditions. It supplements the statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Read our refund policy for the process, return costs, address and refund times. The commercial offer’s conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
How do I check shelf life?
Check the durability date and/or period-after-opening symbol on your product. Follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
How do I track my order?
When a tracking number is available, check your order’s shipping information. Contact us with your order number if you have a question.
